Our people

The team behind
the power.

Utility-grade power is delivered by people who have spent their careers earning the right to build it — in the field, in operations, and in the systems that keep every megawatt accountable.

Leadership

Decades in power. One standard.

Eddie Echevarria

Eddie Echevarria

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Eddie has spent more than two decades in power generation, starting with the industry's leading brands — Generac, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton — and building into a Florida licensed electrical-contracting operation spanning new construction, commercial, and industrial work. As founder and principal of the Power Expectations family of companies — Cook Electric, Florida Generators, and East Coast Management — he has assembled a platform that covers the full spectrum of power, from a home standby unit to utility scale, and now leads its 10-year mandate to deliver temporary generation for Puerto Rico.

Landon Gallagher

Landon Gallagher

Chief Operating Officer

Landon runs execution across the Power Expectations portfolio — project delivery, field operations, vendor and partner coordination, and the day-to-day discipline a utility-scale mandate demands. From first site walk through energization, he has been central to standing up the company's Puerto Rico deployment: the operating structure, the crews, and the processes the program runs on. Alongside the CEO, he has carried the program from award to execution.

Leon Lamle

Leon Lamle

Chief Technology Officer

Leon architects the technology backbone of Power Expectations — the operations platform, native field applications, and AI-driven monitoring systems that keep every site, work order, and megawatt accountable in real time. A technology executive whose career spans enterprise software, payments, and venture capital — including engineering at Compass through its pre-IPO years and technical due diligence at Liberty Ventures — he is a founding board member of the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai, where he leads global partnerships across the Miami–Gulf corridors.

As we scale to utility grade, we are scaling our governance to match — board oversight, compliance leadership, and the discipline critical infrastructure deserves.
